1. Munir got not only five feddans to be reclaimed but a house on the
plot as well. The bank lent him money and hired him machinery . A
supervisor of agriculture helped him. By the end of the second year. he
was making good profit, He is going to buy his brother's five feddans
His brother was looking for a job in the city.
2. Abd El-Magid and his brother owned a flower shop. They imported
flowers from Europe and used locally produced ones. To get capital,
they used their savings and borrowed from their family. Now, they are
doing well after ten years of hard work.
3. Mohamed El-Adli is a vegetable farmer and greenhouse builder. Last
year, his crops were attacked by insects. He was advised to prune the
trees around his farm. There were no insects. He also used the wood of
the trees to expand his greenhouse building. This made him save a lot
of money, Other farmers followed his example.
4. Fawzia owns a business making ladies' clothes. She started with two
second-hand sewing machines and an employee. Being a good designer,
there was a lot of demand but she was not fast enough. Her father
became her partner and they bought two new electric sewing machines and
had three other employees. She also had a course in bookkeeping and her
work was greatly successful.

* Tim started his own business in 1997, before that he worked in a factory, as a postman, bus driver and tea maker.
* He designs and makes garden furniture in addition to garden ornaments.
* At the beginning he made them himself. Now, he designs and three employees do the manufacturing.
* He enjoys being his own boss. The business has become a success and he exports overseas.
* His advice is to do what you want to do, your hard work will be rewarded with job satisfaction and getting profits.
